Remember when LJ was still in diapers and we used to actually journal rather than use single serving packets of textspeak acronyms on Twitter or Facebook? You know, the good ol' days before everyone had blogs and we used to spell out entire words? I miss using pen, ink, and paper textures. I suppose this short paragraph should be a simple Facebook update but I've missed LJ so I thought I'd utilize their text box tonight. Life is happening just as quickly as our one-line tweets...what have we become?

I find the holiday season incredibly stressful for obvious reasons. What with the family, the friends, neighbors, the spirits... and I mean spirits in beverage form mind you, not in apparition although I'm sure there's plenty of that to be had as well. Luckily, the days fly by through the past two months of the year. Oh and doctor's appointments because medical coverage changes at the beginning of the year and you want a clean bill of health for New Years so you can start fresh for the upcoming year. Oh and btw, hello everyone.

 Anyone remember which machine-gun they modeled this after?

Dad: No, prolly half of them are boys and the other half are girls...kinda like Francis in Bugs Life is a boy.

TJ: So, if Ladybugs are girls does that mean that the boys are Ladyboys?
